Medicare Plan Eligibility

You're eligible to enroll in a Scott and White Health Plan for Medicare if you:

  • Live in the service coverage area of our plan(s) – click on your county of residence in the list below to view eligible plans for your county
  • Are enrolled in Medicare Part B
  • Are entitled to benefits under Medicare Part A
  • Do not have End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD)

If you do not have Medicare Part A, you can purchase it through Social Security.

You must live in one of the following counties to be eligible for the available plan(s) for your county, which is a legal service coverage area. Select your county of residence to view your eligible plan(s).

Don't see your Texas County? Other Texas counties are outside our 2019 service coverage areas.

Need to enroll before 1/1/2019 and qualify for special circumstances? Pick your county of residence from the current year plan 2018 listing.

Many SeniorCare (Cost) members will automatically be tranferred to SeniorCare Advantage plans. See notices for details.
